Under the leadership of our Board of Education, our team has developed high-quality, standards-based instruction designed to ensure every student receives equitable support throughout their academic journey. This year, we are especially excited to be working on our Profile of a Learner (draft linked here - subject to change), a framework that defines the core competencies and skills we aim to instill in every student. As part of this vision, we continue to expand our robust Career Technical Education (CTE) pathway opportunities, giving students hands-on, real-world experience to prepare them for future success.
Strong school-to-home communication is vital to your child's success. ParentSquare is our primary tool for district and school communication (alongside ClassDojo for elementary classroom updates). It is incredibly important for families to regularly check ParentSquare for updates to stay informed about announcements, events, and resources. Even if you don’t download the app, you will still receive emails from ParentSquare, so please be sure to check your spam folder if you are not receiving them.
We know that school safety is your top priority, and it is ours, too. We are committed to enhancing safety district-wide and are continually making substantial progress in this area. This year, we are proud to continue using STOPit, our anonymous reporting platform that empowers students, parents, and staff to share safety concerns confidentially at any time. Additionally, our strong partnership with the I Love U Guys Foundation ensures our campuses use robust, proven safety protocols to keep everyone secure.
